I have understood that in the recent years or last fifty years since the 1980s
religious tolerance has increased and there is persecution of the
righteous Christians and Jews.

This is a deviation from the teachings of the prophet Mohammad PBUH,
for the Noble Qur'an clearly says in Al-Baqara 2:62.

I will cite four renown English translations, while not citing Arabic
original this time, so you will know that I am not twisting the Scriptures
for my own purposes:

Pickthall: Lo! Those who believe (in that which is revealed unto thee, Muhammad), and those who are Jews, and Christians, and Sabaeans - whoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right - surely their reward is with their Lord, and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.

Yusuf Ali: Those who believe (in the Qur'an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

Shakir: Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the f Christians, and the Sabians, whoever believes in Allah and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve.

Muhammad Sarwar: However, those who have become believers (the Muslims), and the Jews, the Christians and the Sabaeans who believe in God and the Day of Judgment and strive righteously will receive their reward from the Lord and will have nothing to fear nor will they be grieved.

I know that Muslims learn Qur'an by heart, so this cannot be ignorance
but deliberate disobedience to the teachings of the Prophet and the
Will of Allah, for the politics and contemporary conflict sake.

From the anecdotal sources, it is evident that the Prophet PBUH had
Jewish tribes on his side, and there are signs that some even helped
saving his life in some of the numerous conspiracies of the enemies
inspired by Satan against the Prophet.

There should be a lasting peace with all God-fearing Christians who live
by the Gospel (Injeel) and Jews who live by the Torah (Tevrat).
This is the will of Allah as He revealed it to the Prophet in Al-Baqarah 2:62.

The will of God is clear to me, and I do not see what is the purpose
of perpetuating violence, especially against the peaceful Christians
and Jews, except for political capitalisation on religious and ethnic hatred.

Dear brothers,

The current conflict that emerged in Palestine doesn't invalidate
Qur'an 2:62 by now means.

The pursuit of peace and justice is the final pursuit for any God-fearing
Muslim.

For many, the word Muslim is not used in the original Arab meaning
"believer in a monotheist God", but with disdain and implying someone's
stupidity, backwardness and ignorance.

Also, in these troubled times, the reporters and journalists are again
Allah's eyes and ears.

Whoever harms a journalist cannot be considered a Muslim but an unbeliever
and a hypocrite ("munafik"). In this you also must tolerate the reporters who
are critical of Islam, not only who report on the obvious harm done to the
Palestinians and Muslims. Allah might use any of them for His own purpose
which is not given for us to understand, but we are required to Believe Qur'an.

Allah has long memory, and the incoming just government will find a way to
punish all wrongdoers who transgress the Law of God.

As prophet Isa PBUH said:
"Do not do to the others what you do not like to be done to yourselves." (Luke 6:31)

Love Your Enemies

(Leviticus 24:17-23; Matthew 5:38-48)

Luke 6
27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. 29 And
unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh
away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also. 30 Give to every man that asketh of
thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. 31 And as ye would
that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. 32 For if ye love them which
love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.
33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners
also do even the same. 34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what
thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. 35 But love
ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall
be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful
and to the evil. 36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Destruction of churches and mosques are done by the ungodly, ignorant and heavily
deluded men who think they are executing God's justice. We see that triple death account
on the enemy (half of which are women and children) doesn't satisfy those people, but
they plan even greater crackdown on the Gaza ghetto.

But a Muslim should never:

- attack a religious temple or a person who took the shelter in a religious temple (2 Kings 11:15)
- attack an embassy or a messenger or ambassador
- attack a kindergarten, school, high school, University, academic or scientific institution,
even that of the enemy
- attack civilians who were just innocent bystanders or accidental passengers
(Noble Qur'an has no permission of "collateral damage" as the West has and any people
attacking innocent civilians are transgressors committing haram, a sin)
- disgrace Islam in other way by personal vengeance or holding civilians hostages for ransom
- disgrace Prophet PBUH or Allah in any other way that brings bad image on Islam or Muslims
- any death that is not in the line of duty in a military action or by a sentence of a legal court
is a murder
- any death of unarmed civilians who were not a direct military threat to life of a soldier is a murder
The murderers of unsuspecting civilians shall suffer the fire of Hell.
- retribution on civilians who did not condone or approve murder is unacceptable and a murder
- likewise the destruction of the religious object in retaliation is haram and sin, especially if
it harbors righteous Christians or Jews who follow the Book and do not approve bloodshed
(Qur'an Al-Baqara 2:62).
